Experience is not a prerequisite, since we train all our new workers in our methods and to our standard. New workers are supervised nightly for as long as it takes to ensure that they will adhere to the standard to which they were trained. After this probation period, workers are further motivated to do good work through quality of work bonuses based on inspections.

We pay higher wages than the local industry standard, and we always treat our hard working team members with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
